New content appears only when you explicitly publish a new version. The maintained Linear cookbook also supports deliberate legacy live reads and manual data captures.

There is no shared login behind the page and no standing credential anywhere. Anything the whole team opens is an explicit edition with a byline — the product lead's name and the moment it went out.
After an invite, the activation target is under 15 minutes from Google sign-in to the product lead's first shared readout.
