We store Google identity identifiers, verified email, workspace membership, app and version metadata, audit records, token hashes, and configured connector-account references.
Agent and personal token plaintext is shown or installed once; the server stores a hash.
Product events exclude email, IP address, user agent, queries, connector rows, app content, and free-form errors.
Jira live reads execute as the viewer. Snapshot artifacts contain the rows a named maker chose to bake.
Account export and deletion are available in Settings. Workspace audit and provenance records may remain pseudonymized for security and continuity.
