Aptarium
Pricing

Share useful work widely. Viewer access is never a line item.

You pay for makers who publish readouts, not people who read them. There is no minimum maker quantity, no viewer seat to buy, and no AI or usage line item. The upgrade trigger is simple: someone else on your team wanted to build.

The per-active-maker monthly price is shown in full above and confirmed at checkout — nothing extra appears at the last step, and every price is configuration-backed and shown before you pay a cent. Every plan includes all ten connector reads and scheduled editions. An edition is a stable, dated copy the whole team opens, carrying a byline: whose access it went out on, and as of when — and "edition storage" is simply the space those published editions use.

What counts as billable

An active maker is someone who published a readout this month.

A member becomes a billable maker only when they publish in the billing month, and the seat auto-lapses after 60 idle days. Reading and viewing never create a billable seat, and there is no minimum maker quantity after checkout. You upgrade when another person wants to build — not to unlock a feature you were promised.

Apt the axolotl, content
Viewers are never billed.

Viewers and guests are free, forever.

The whole team — and any guest you scope to a single readout — opens Aptarium readouts for $0, on every plan, with no seat to buy and no cap to hit. Charging viewers to read a report they used to get by email would defeat the entire point. So we don't.

Pricing FAQ

The questions makers actually ask.

Why a waitlist instead of "start free"?

We invite cohorts weekly — the waitlist is how we onboard each org properly (founder access, security team looped in), not a scarcity gate. Join and you're in a wave with a real invite coming, not dropped at a wall.

What if a maker stops publishing?

Their seat auto-lapses after 60 idle days and stops billing. You're never charged for a maker who has moved on.

Is there an AI or usage line item?

No. There's no AI line item and no usage-based AI charge — Aptarium doesn't run an AI model to keep your readout alive. Data calls are pooled under a fair-use limit.
