Claude.ai and Cowork take a .skill zip from the skill page; ChatGPT Work admins publish the plugin zip (aptarium skills export --plugin) inside the workspace. No credentials are embedded. Expected result: the three defaults — aptarium, design, aptarium-skills — after aptarium setup. If publish returns pending_approval, the approved digest has not changed.
